Foam begins to soften and contour to your body. You're eligible to initiate a return from night 15.
Week 3-4
Mattress is fully broken in. This is the 'real feel' you'll experience for years.
Week 5+
If you're still not comfortable — that's totally fine. Initiate a return anytime between night 15 and night 100.
